Rep. snaps at reporter who predicts budget-bill failure

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., snapped at a reporter on Saturday who predicted the House GOP's budget strategy will fail and inquired about GOP leaders' contingency plans, asking, "How dare you?"
