Storms brewing in Atlantic, Caribbean as hurricane season ramps up

Two weather systems are brewing in the Atlantic and Caribbean, just in time for the most active part of the hurricane season -- from mid-August to October. CBS News hurricane consultant David Bernard is tracking the potential storms.
